FLAMENCO PROSPECT: HIGHLY PROSPECTIVE AREA

Flamenco area shows great potential for locating Gold mineralization related to Skarn, Distal Skarn & CRD.

Regional & Geological Items

This area gather the main regional items within one single region which could favor deposition of gold mineralization.

  • Strong Mag Feature Anomaly (related to Tc Miocene volcanic recent dating: 20my).
  • Carbonatic (Reactive Host Rock) strongly Altered to Marble.
  • Favorable NE, NS and NW Structural controls.

In total, 2200 Ha recently granted in a known mineralized District. Very little drill hole exploration has occurred outside the local area of known Gualcamayo Open Pit where more than 7M Oz of Au has been mined.

Target Interpretation & Geochemistry

Skarn Pb-Ag-Zn-Au? / CRD's Zn-Pb-Ag-Zn-Cu (Peter Megaw Model applied). Real Potential at depth.

Preliminary field evaluation shows potential for marble/sulphides Rich front (altered limestone aureola's).

  • Logistics: Easy access, low elevation target 1500m RL, 5km from Gualcamayo Mine, Excellent Infrastructure.
  • Geochemistry: Interesting preliminar geochemistry up to 1.5% Cu; 2600ppm Mo, 60ppm Ag, >4000ppm As.

CRD's (Carbonate Replacement Deposit) Mineralized Orebody

Key Mineralization and Alteration:

  • Skarn (Pb-Ag-Zn-Au?): Identified at the contact zone.
  • CRD's (Zn-Pb-Ag-Sn-Cu): Main mineralized orebody interpreted at depth.
  • Argillic Alteration: Strong Dickite-Kaolinite alteration near the feeder zone.
  • Surface Anomalies: 40% Zn, 14 g/t Pb, >10 Cu, and 40 Au/t Ag in peripheral zones.
  • Main Fault: N/S Thrust-Fault, providing structural control.

Deep and Strategic Potential

  • Peter Megaw Model applied to Flamenco.
  • Real Potential at Depth (>1.5km) never explored.
  • Low elevation target (150m), facilitating easy access.
  • Located only 5km from the Gualcamayo Mine.
  • Excellent Infrastructure in the region.

Target Status

The CRD mineralized orebody potential has never been explored at depth (Drilling never Explored-drilled).
